The Dollar Loan Center Arena is a newly-constructed, state of the art venue located in Henderson, NV. We were very pleased to learn about this nearby gem.
This month Hilton Brown, a Group Sales Account Representative, invited us on a tour of the DLC Arena. This facility is probably only about 10 minutes away from one of our offices. It has been open since March 2022. Because we are super busy and never had an appropriate opportunity prior, we’ve just never visited the arena – until now.
We were very impressed!
What was so Impressive?
The Dollar Loan Center Arena can be set up for hockey (the Henderson Silver Knights play there), basketball (for the G-League team The Henderson Ignite), arena football (home to the Vegas Knight Hawks), and more. The day we arrived, the stadium floor was in the middle of being reset for the next event. As such, it was temporarily showing bare concrete. Instead of being disappointed, we were rather quite impressed! It’s remarkable that they’re able to interchange different flooring for each sport so quickly and efficiently.
We went for a tour around the entire venue and every single seating area offered an amazing view. The many amenities that this facility boasts is overwhelming. We were mind-blown when we learned that the Southern Nevada Sports Hall of Fame has been relocated there. The food and beverage department and the team store are awesome. This family-friendly sports complex is definitely a must-see even while there is no game! We do however plan to go back during a game soon in support of our local teams!
It is safe to assume that someday in the near future we will be on location at the Dollar Loan Center Arena doing what we do best – providing professional video production for a show, game, or other type of event. We hope that day comes soon!
